No, the room was not spotless. Carpet had not been vacuumed and had numerous stains. Numerous wads of lint and hair on the floor around bed. The room was spotless & the staff were courteous & helpful. The continental breakfast was nice. Can’t fault our stay. However the supplied ice bucket didn’t fit in the fridge so the ice did melt quickly which isn’t ideal.
