"Lovely hotel, staff is wonderful. Friendly and helpful staff, great location. Clean and large room. Good breakfast. Had a beautiful view. 10 out of 10. Would stay here again. "

"Very central location, friendly staff, nice aesthetic and ambience. Really loved it and would stay again. My only caution is that the beds are hostel beds and I wouldn't recommend for folks with back issues. (I was a little uncomfortable after 4 nights, but given the other perks of the hostel, would do it again)"

"We stayed at the Hotel Mundial for 4 days while in Lisbon. The staff and check in were great. The bed was the best I've ever had in a hotel. We had a sweet treat waiting for us when we got in our room and a nice charcuterie plate and bottle of wine the day before we left. The hotel is beautiful and so clean. We would definitely stay every time we come back to Lisbon. "

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
