For sure nearby a better place for stay can be found. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Really bad conditions.

Sehr Zentral aber alles andere schlecht!

Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen. Aber die Zimmer sahen nicht wie auf den Fotos aus, und schon wen man die sehr alten Treppen hinaus geht ahnt man schlechtes.Bei der Rezeption löst sich die Tapete ab und das zieht sich in den zimmern leider weiter. Die Zimmer und das Bad waren leider nicht so sauber, die Bettkanten waren voller Dreck und das Bad hatte ein buch unter dem Regal weil er anscheinend abgebrochen war. Und alle Fugel waren sehr alt und bröckelig. Die Fenstern sind sehrsehr schlecht isoliert und mann kann um 3 Uhr morgens das Gespräch der Müllmänner mitanhören!

A localização é excelente. Somente isto, pois o quarto que fiquei era decepcionante. Box do banheiro quebrado, esgoto entupido ( não tomamos banho ), janela quebrada e sem curtina, paredes com mofo. Falei com o dono e ele me falou para procurar outro hotel, pois não podia fazer nada. Foi o que fiz. Entrei às 20h e saí às 9h do outro dia. Turistas, não aluguem nada nesta pensão. Expedia, por favor, verifiquem o quarto 410. Ah! Elevador quebrado - estava me esquecendo disto.

Great location but over priced. cleaning was terrible asking for clean towels everyday and almost not toilet paper had to ask for it twice. Lift not working in some floors.

Minha reserva estava cancelada

Minha reserva estava cancelada quando cheguei lá sem qualquer aviso prévio. Bem cansada estava vindo do Porto depois de passar o dia parando de cidade em cidade. Estou aguardando uma resposta do hoteis.com, que ainda nao se posicionou, já que era uma estadia nao reembolsável. Tive que me realocar em outro hotel que por sinal, mais caro! Falta de respeito. Decepcionante.

Construction all day long

First I was charged extra fees on my credit card because only half of the bill was charged in CAD and the other half was charged in EUR at the hotel. Second there was very loud construction all day long starting at 8am until dark a couple meters across from my room window making it impossible to sleep. There was concrete being drilled and steel being cut, etc. All the hotel offered me was another room with a shared bathroom with a complete stranger. Not happy with the stay.

Horrible, we did not have a place for towels,entrance was dirty Garbage on the stairs below,no Elevator I am 81 years old they want me to go to 4th floor they want to charge me 15 euros more very unpleasant reception I was chocked after I complained they gave me a room on second floor after I complained ..very bad For a place but not even a chair or place for a bottle of water or purse.They had to be on the floor no small light bad shower I could not use it.The area is nice but horrible when we getting on entrance is dirty.very bad appearance.dirty stairs garbage can ... no servicê at all

Ottima posizione centrale, attualmente c’erano dei lavori di ristrutturazione e l’ascensore non si poteva utilizzare ( ma per me non c’erano problemi ). Semplici stanze, pulizia delle stanze comunque buona e funzionale. Servizio alla reception buono.

Room was decent for the price and very centrally located. Staff were very helpful, especially with answering questions. My only issue was that the shower took a long time to heat up and when it did heat up it was scalding and when you turned the temperature down just a little bit, it was freezing, there was no in between and the shower screen didn't work well resulting in a very wet bathroom floor! Thankfully there was a bath mat so I didn't slip over.

Se procuram um sitio onde querem ser enganados e mal-tratados, este é o sitio ideal. Fiz uma reserva com dois meses de antecedencia e quando cheguei a pensao, disseram que a reserva estava cancelada. Disseram que nao tinham mais quartos e simplesmente estavam a reservar quartos nesse mesmo momento por um valor 4 vezes mais elevado. Desde ofensas até me mandarem dormir na rua, ouvi de tudo. E por cima ainda estou sem o meu dinheiro. HORRIVEL

市街地が望めるダブルバルコニーシティービューを予約していたが、レセプションで徒歩約3分の同系列のペンサオ・ノヴァ・ゴアに移動させられる。担当者は同レベルと説明したが、我々の前にチェックインしていたカップルも同じ説明を受け従うことにした。ところが行ってみるとひどい部屋で窓の外はスラムのような景色。渋々泊まることにしたが、貴社はこんなホテルを紹介すべきではない！

高齢の両親と一緒の為 エレベーターの有る事を優先させて選んだのに故障近くで５階まで重い荷物を運ばなくてならず、外出する度に5階までの往復で大変不便だった。室内は清潔だったが、階段脇にゴミや掃除道具が放置され不快だった。ドアノブがグラグラしていて今にも外れそうだったのも両親を不安にさせたので残念だった。エレベーターの故障は事前に知らせるべきだと思う。 スタッフは親切で感じよかった

Das Appartement war neu un gross. Super Preisleistung. Relstiv Zentral gelegen. Check in war leider nicht sehr errfreulich. Mussten 32 Euro nachzahlen für Taxen und Endreinigung. Dies war in der Bestätigung nicht etwähnt. Er hätte uns sonst den Schlüssel nicht gegeben. Werde es trotzdem weiterempfehlen.
