This apartment is not in the city center, but there is a metro station right outside; also a park across the street, grocery and other shopping both around the corner and a mall across the street. The hotel itself is quirky, the second floor of a residential building, so a bit of a challenge to find and figure out. Good, plentiful breakfast included.

This hotel is perfect in location and everything one could desire in visiting Lisbon. Set in a beautiful building on the second floor with an elevator. Staff is friendly and welcoming, will make you comfortable during your stay. Highly recommended!

Comfortable bed, shower ok as well, needs a proper shelf in shower for soap and shampoo, Also take out the shaggy rugs in room and show the beautiful floor, add a few more hooks in the room for clothes, nor bad overall

The location served us very well for our stay. We had the Marques de Pombal room! It is a charming building. The plumbing grumbles a bit but added character, no real inconvenience :-) It has a LIDL market around the corner, El Corte Ingles across the street, Parque Eduardo within minutes and Sao Sabastaio Metro station literally on our doorstep.

Although the hotel was difficult to figure out once we were inside we were fine. Perhaps a better description regarding how to navigate the front door and elevator would help. We had no idea we were in the middle of town. As Canadians our hotels are literally well advertised upon arrival, we are not used to hotels in the middle floor of a high rise building. But it was certainly the coolest thing we ever saw and the rooms were fabulous.

Excellent staff, Marta was wonderful. Spacious and comfortable rooms. A bit of the way out of downtown. But near the Saldanha neighborhood with great restaurants, and many metro stations surrounding the property

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here. This was our first time ever stay at a historic/boutique hotel and it was a great experience. The staff are all extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location is perfect. Right outside the hotel’s front door is the entrance to the train station. The train was easy to navigate and we were able to really explore Lisbon. Also, there’s a mall in front of the hotel with a variety of restaurants and shops. The best pizza spot we tried was also right outside the hotel. Great experience!

Location was perfect, across the street from El Conte Ingles shopping mall, metro station right in front on the same block as property so going to the airport or to other city destinations very convenient. Hotel accommodations was nice and elegant/classic design, however, the bathroom was oddly shaped, long and very narrow, tough to maneuver. There was a portable heater which kept the room warm. Staff was very nice an accommodating and always left a treat ie, fruit, port wine, pastry, etc. on the bed after housekeeping. Breakfast was free and very healthy.

4 days in Lisbon at Christmas.
We stayed for four nights and the location was amazing. Front door was right outside the end of the Red subway line, amazing. Across the street was a huge department store with a food court, and right next door was a stop for the hop-on hop-off bus. The room was always clean and the bed was comfortable. Only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast. You can only eat so much cold cuts and cheese with bread for breakfast. They do offer eggs on demand, but the portion was basically for a small child. Still not a deal breaker, but if there was anything I could be critical of it was this. Otherwise the staff and hotel overall were amazing and very helpful. Right below the hotel around the corner there is a great grocery store and amazing place to eat and get a coffee.

Great Service
I just stayed two nights at the Feeling Eduardo VII hotel and had a very nice stay. Nuno at the front desk was excellent. There were many nice small touches that were very nice. Fresh fruit when we arrived in our room and some delicious moscatel halfway through our stay. Breakfast was simple but nice with delicious bread, sliced cheese, meats, yogurt, cereals and fresh fruit plus excellent coffee. They will also make eggs to order. My biggest thank you was that the manager helped my partner and I have an early check in which was wonderful after a long transatlantic flight. The location is excellent and the metro is right outside the front door to the hotel. Small hotels are a great and give an entirely different feel to ones stay. I would definitely return. The hotel is absolutely awesome. It is very small; the personal touches are amazing. The concierges were nice as can be and every day we had sweets waiting for us in our room. The metro is steps away from the front door.

This place is just ok
This place was just ok. Super hot and stuffy in the room. The bathroom has the worst sewer smell. We had to keep the door closed to it at all times to a pod it coming into the bed area. The drain in the shower didn’t drain at all. Thankfully the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice with meat and cheeses, breads, jams, yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee, juice, tea, etc.

The staff are really Polite, nice and always ready to help. The environment is neat, breakfast is of good standard but have preferred hot food, various types like buffet one. I expect the hotel to have air condition not this very little fan that could not go round the room. At a point in the middle of the night, we have to remove our clothes to be able to sleep well because the room is hot due to weather. They only have one iron, which have to be shared among guests, two or three iron is not too much.

Amazing staff at this hotel. Nuno was an incredible host. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing, views and port wine given to us in the room made it a special stay for us. Metro right outside hotel was convenient with grocery around corner and excellent restaurant next door called Otacho. The AC in the room is lacking but with the windows open we enjoyed a breezy night it was perfect. Thank you Feeling Eduardo!

Loved our stay here! This hotel provides excellent service with a personal touch. We were welcomed warmly and helped with our luggage and all throughout our stay there was friendly chat and recommendations. The free treats available make you feel like you are at a B&B. The room was clean and comfortable and in a modern area which was easy to connect to the attractions.

I loved this clean quiet quirky hotel. It is in an old building so the plumbing makes some noise but I didn’t notice it at night. The room was very clean and I didn’t notice noise except when people were talking in the hall which wasn’t very often. The wifi worked well. The staff were exceptionally helpful and understanding. Overall I had a very pleasant one night stay.

Fantastic location next to metro station. Manager, Nuno, very friendly and helpful, and gave good recommendations. Excellent value for money, huge room, comfortable bed and great shower. Only down side is the noise from planes as it's on the flight path, but this didn't bother us and they stopped overnight. I would definitely stay there again.

Above and beyond service
We enjoyed our stay here. The location was excellent (right off a main Metro station) and near many things. The hotel was clean and quiet at night, with a comfortable bed and plenty of hot water in the shower (some of my main concerns in a hotel). The breakfast bar had a good variety of foods. The only challenge was a narrowly configured bathroom. What made the hotel a standout was the service. When we checked into the hotel, I was not feeling well. They quickly lined up a doctor to come and see me. They brought breakfast to our room both days. I felt they were concerned and caring. I will return here the next time I’m in Lisbon.
