Bica FLH Suites is in a great location! Easy to walk all over (be prepared for hills though!), great to have the funicular right there, good food and shops all around. The hotel was wonderful & clean, the staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was simple and perfect. Would definitely stay again!

Great hotel but woken up by guests coming/going
Would have given 10/10 but the sound of people entering and leaving their rooms through the night was really noticeable and woke us up a few times. Otherwise, a very good hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti in questa struttura, super centrale e comoda per raggiungere ogni cosa. Ottima colazione, struttura molto bella, curata e spaziosa, personale cortese e disponibile. Unico problema resta un po' l'insonorizzazione, le camere non sono ben insonorizzate né con gli ambienti esterni, né con quelli interni.

Property is in the restricted car zone and the hotel entrance is on a slope. Plus if you have large suitcases, then climbing up the entrance to the reception floor and then floors above is painful as there is no elevator. The room/bathroom were much smaller than what I had expected. Location is good, very walkable with access to restaurants/cafes, car parking was not too far from the hotel.

Great stay!
We had a great stay at the hotel. The location was wonderful, close to everything we wanted in our Lisbon long weekend. It is worth communicating in advance if you are vegan; maybe they can get you special things. We didn't do that, so it was too late for us. Nevertheless, we still had a few things to eat. The staff was kind and welcoming.

Great stay in the heart of the city
The hotel was simple, but perfect for someone just looking to use their room for rest. The room was very clean, and the free breakfast was an added bonus. Perfectly located in the heart of the city, you're also very close to the metro for a cheap ride from the airport.

The hotel was located in the perfect area, without being too disturbed with outside noise. The breakfast was nice. The rooms were quite fresh and had very new and modern bathrooms. Unfortunately rooms on the first floor are half under ground, which was not clear. It felt quite claustrophobic. We also attempted to contact the staff and service multiple times as they confirmed our request for the top floor when booking 6 months in advance. Disappointed with the lack of response and service at our multiple attempts.

Loved it
Loved the Hotel, decor and service. Great breakfast. The hotel originally was an Lithographic printing house and the Owners have subtly kept some of the features of this in the decor which I personally loved. If travelling with a lot of heavy luggage beware that there is no direct to front door access to the hotel for cars or Uber drop off and pick up so you need to be prepared to carry your luggage between 250 and 100 meters up hill or down hill to the hotel door from the nearest drop off point. This is typical for Lisbon . Staff were very helpful and the area was great - I would go back for sure.

Great location near restaurants and waterfront. Super easy check-in with access codes emailed in advance. Helpful staff. We got to the hotel hours before check-in and we dropped our bags at the desk while we explored the city. When we got back our bags were already in our room. Room was very nice with bedroom and living area with a desk and couch opening onto a courtyard. Great shower.

Wonderful time
I had great time. Enjoyed cleanliness, art on the walls, attention to details. I felt respected and cared by staff. The one thing that I didn't enjoy was noise from the street (we had room just above street level). Lisbon never sleeps, so if you need silence when sleeping ask for room from courtyard.

La struttura è situata in ottima posizione al centro dei luoghi di maggior interesse. Poche camere, quindi silenzioso. Abbastanza confortevole. Colazione inclusa e di buona qualità. Nella camera manca un tavolino dove poter appoggiare le cose.

Très belles chambres et propre. Deux points faibles. Difficile d’accès car dans rue avec une très grosse pente et la porte d’entrée est difficile à ouvrir. Pour des gens âgés, c’est difficile.

Don't judge a hotel ....
Was an overnight stay, would not have found it but for the help of a taxi driver. Didn't realise that FLT stands for Feels Like Home. Outside looked run down but once inside the accommodation was beautiful and very clean. Check in was easy and the person was very helpful in directions and also ordering a taxi for me for the next morning.

Beautiful area, safe, clean and no hotel keys, you get a code which is super convenient and eco friendly. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Close to everything. The only thing is there is no elevator and a bit of steep roads to get to the hotel, so it's tricky with lots of luggage. Otherwise, perfect!

Hotel bom, mas acesso ruim para quem ta com malas.
O acesso para chegar de mala é horrivel, ladeira e rua de pedras e quando entra no hotel mais escadas. Uma escada inclusive que deveria ser repensada, já que é um hotel e todos chegam de mala. O café da manhã é muito bom e o quarto também é confortável. Limpeza boa. Atendimento bacana.

Urlaub zu zweit - ein Traum
Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Zimmer - etw. ist schief gelaufen und statt das Größte, haben wir das kleinste Zimmer im Hotel bekommen. Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich und hat versucht das Problem sofort zu lösen - wir haben ein neues Zimmer bekommen und eine Geldentschädigung wegen des Fehlers :) Das Frühstück war wunderbar!!! Man kann sich auch keine bessere Lage wünschen :) Alles super!! Immer wieder gerne!

Nettes Hotel, gute Lage, gute Betten , Frühstück okay , Sauberkeit : naja... wenn man nicht all zu gründlich ist ,ist es ok ... (wenn man Flecken auf dem Bett / Handtuch toleriert und damit klarkommt das noch fremde Haare hier und dort , trotz täglicher Reinigung rumliegen ) Im Gesamten jedoch eher ordentlich.

Perfect choice of hotel
Lovely hotel, great location, excellent breakfast. Really good value for money, rooms are big and comfortable, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Free nespresso coffee and cakes/pastries available all afternoon is a nice touch! Thanks for a great stay!
