"The room was really nice. The staff, Pedro in particular, were amazing. The breakfast was ok, but there were not a lot of options, and lots of empty plates at the buffet. However, the staff was really welcoming and helpful. The location was fantastic as well."

"Lovely hotel right in the hub of everything! Even though we were at the front looking onto the main thoroughfare of bars and shops, our room was very quiet. Very clean. Unfortunately we were not offered the complimentary drink and pastry on arrival, that other reviewers have mentioned. One other slight niggle was that it advertises that the room offers tea and coffee making facilities which is slightly misleading. Yes it has a coffee machine (that produces hot water) and coffee pods but no teabags or milk and only tiny espresso cups. We did ask for a bigger mug but was only given a pint glass! For someone who has to have a cup of tea to get going in the morning this was disappointing. Saving grace was that we were only a stones throw from cafes (although most of these didn’t open until 8am)."

"Great WhatsApp communication throughout the entire stay. Parking in the secure garage across the street is a bonus. Rooms are big and well air conditioned. Great location to everything. Since location is right next to Pink Street, it gets quite loud at night till 2:30a. The window thickness helps a lot. Was hard for me as a light sleeper."
