"It was a wonderful experience. The bed and pillows were great. If you don’t want to go outside for the light show, get a room on the inner court. First night, we watched it from our room because I was too jet lagged, but the second night I went outside to watch. The front desk was wonderful and gave me all the tips and tricks to Lisbon. "This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
