"I booked 3 rooms in this hotel for me and my sisters…we asked all 3 rooms to be on the same level and it’s no problem at all for the hotel…we had nice time and all the staff are very friendly and polite. We had a ‘bit’ of confusion at the end of our stay but Ken, the duty manager on the day had explained the confusion and he handled the minor incident very professionally. "A very nice hotel and great value. Located a bit outside the old city, but easy enough to navigate, and the surrounding neighborhood is quite nice. The staff are tremendously friendly and helpful, especially Catur, one of the sales managers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. If you opt for a balcony, choose the garden view, which is more ample. The breakfast selection is excellent, with many local specialties offered every day. Large pool. The hotel could use some updating in terms of decor, but this was a very welcoming and comfortable place."
