"La localisation et l'accueil le jour de l'arrivée. Le service a par la suite été décevant. On avait l'impression de déranger chaque fois qu'on allait au bureau d'accueil. L'appartement était très bien mais la table et le divan étaient tachés."

"This was an apartment-style hotel that was in a quieter area in the city but still within a 30-minute walking distance of all the places I had planned for my trip to Edinburgh (I love walkable cities, so this is not a disadvantage at all lol) + within a 5-minute walking distance to a convenient bus stop. "I really enjoyed my stay, it was almost a new building with full facilities. It is a quietest place I’ve ever stayed . The only downside I’ve noticed was it might not be a good choice for people with disabilities or elderly, since to get to our room using stairs was inevitable. They might have other rooms to accommodate people with disabilities, so make sure you check with them in advance if you have issue with climbing the stairs. "

"I would like to mention Liam and Linsey who were both extremely helpful when we arrived at the hotel. Liam went out of his way to sort our rooms out and assisted us to our rooms. Linsey was also super helpful on check out. The hotel was in a great location and was great for a big group of friends who were doing a charity walk. Friends from Ireland too details as said they would stay again. "
