"Bathrooms, AC, and carpet in rooms needs to be updated. Lobby, bar area, amenities, elevators and hall ways give a good first impression but rooms need attention."

"My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and very inconvenient. Upon arriving, I immediately noticed that the bathroom had urine from previous guests still on it, the floors were dirty, and the shower curtains had mold. To make matters worse, even the pillows had mold on them. Whoever placed the pillowcases on the pillows had to have seen it, which was very concerning.
The hotel did move us to another room, but unfortunately the second room also had urine stains/issues in the bathroom. By this point it was around midnight, and as a parent traveling with children, I did not have the time or flexibility to keep moving around or find another hotel, especially when you have already spent your money and are exhausted.
I chose this hotel because the ratings appeared to be good, which is why I was shocked by the condition of the rooms. I have children, and one of my children is allergic to mold, making this even more concerning. I understand that things can happen, but management and staff should be doing a much better job inspecting rooms before allowing guests to check in.
This experience was unacceptable, and unfortunately I will not stay here again. I strongly encourage future guests to thoroughly inspect their rooms before settling in."
"We had a room that had a severe water leak. The water surrounded the bed and had to be walked through to get in and out of the bed. This was a serious issue and the hotel stated they were full to capacity and didn’t have another room to offer. They also said not provide any refunds or discount."
"First I will start off by saying each member of the front desk. Staff were absolutely incredible. They were nice. They were patient. They were friendly.
The room, however, was unacceptable. I am quite frustrated about my stay there every single Surface not only in the bathroom, but the entire room was covered in so much rust like every single piece of metal, including the lampshades had rust on them. The room looked like somebody pieced it together, barely meaning the walls. There was no paint on most of them. If it was painted, it was very sloppy. There is no vent in the bathroom, so everything is extremely humid and moldy visibly as well as the stench of mildew and just sitting water in that room was awful. When I got in there the floors were absolutely filthy with big chunks of something dark brown on them, my bedframe was made out of some sort of sheet metal type thing because when I got on it, it made like a loud metal popping sound like it was dipping down or something. It just was very much a rundown Dirty unkept hotel room."
"My stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived, Keya greeted me with a warm smile and outstanding customer service that made me feel instantly welcomed and valued. Which made my check-in process smooth and efficient.
The room was immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed, from the plush bedding to the thoughtful amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. I slept peacefully throughout the night and truly appreciated how quiet and relaxing the environment was.
The hotel’s facilities were just as impressive. Everything was well-maintained, modern, and easily accessible. Whether it was enjoying the common areas or taking advantage of the amenities, every part of the experience felt luxurious and well thought out. If I'm ever in Waynesboro again in the future, I would definitely consider staying here again."
