Potholes around the property! Wi-Fi kept cutting out so gave up in the end! Quite comfortable! Not as good as the caravan I stayed in on the other side of the lake, but overall reasonably priced!

The check in process was awful had two carvan bookings, was unable to find it then one was ready and not the other was not near eachother althought requested. After not being able to check in until almost 5pm instead of 4pm the young girl was so rude and unhelpful and just had a complete attitude problem no idea why as wasn't our fault one of the bookings was not ready and they had caused unnecessary delays. The caravans had all the imenities we needed. Tattershall restaurant and bar was overpriced but overall we had a great stay the area was beautiful and lots to do. Would also recommend the outdoor swimming pool which was so warm.

The place was nice but we was right next to the entertainment which wasn’t so good with the music going on all night so we struggled to sleep but overall was nice

Great site with lots of facilities
Great site with lots of entertainment, although very quiet if you didn't want to join in with everything. Clean, comfortable with lots of options for food, bars too. Not so good - No towels provided, no spare pillow, no bottom sheet, no duvet cover for sofa bed, no BBQ for outdoor cooking, no starter bits, eg. tea coffee soap etc. Absolutely rubbish WIFI connection, therefore unable to use app for bookings and had to go to book in person.

Comfortable accommodation but resort disappointing
Caravan was very comfortable, had an issue with boiler but was fixed within the hour so no complaints there. The activities were all fully booked for the week even the swimming pools. We only got invited to the app a week before and everything booked up even then. Don’t pay for the Wi-Fi, didn’t work, waste of money. All the bars were basically offering same drinks and food, at inflated prices. It was very difficult to even work out how to book activities the app sent you to different websites. The wake boarding had been closed down, unfortunate as we were hoping to try it. Great for a base for the week, but resort itself too busy and over priced in my opinion

Caravan was comfortable, but poorly stocked, (e.g. 5 forks for 6 people). Caravan could do with a bit of tlc - wallpaper peeled off, broken drawer, broken blinds. Very little for older children to do there.

The property was very clean and welcoming. The only downside was the lack of net curtains or blinds in the living room.

weekend break
overall a good stay. most outdoor activities closed due to time of year. Park is quite large and confusing when trying to locate various areas. did get lost several times until we understood the layout. the caravan was located at the very back of the park about 20 minute walk from reception. Several restaurants and bars on site but generally over priced. Overall the stay was okay.

Very clean and tidy site, lots of dogs being walked and occasional barking. Food and Drinks are a bit pricy and have to pay deposit on plastic glasses at the bar.

Excellent a around, beautiful picturesque place, watching the pkanes was a treat, food, drink, amenities great, staff fantastic, warm and welcoming. Only complaint would be needs a better booking system for swimming as it wasn't made clear and my family and I were unable to go swimming but other than that all fantastic and the local area has some great hidden gems in Tom Thumb's house hidden in the village and his grave in the church.
