Disliked: Communication

Wouldn't say luxury, but it was a caravan

The caravan its self was ok. a little dated and obviously had dogs in there before we were there. However the communication with Linden Lodgings who look after the booking is shocking. I have been trying to get the damage deposit back from them for 11 days now with no communication back at all. The communication with Hazel has been awful from the point of booking. Not picking up the phone nor responding to emails
