"Not polite front desk staff is just the tip of the issues my husband and I encountered on our trip. We decided the room we originally had wasn’t what we wanted. So we booked at paradise for a lot more money than where we had a reservation. We didn’t get the room we reserved, front desk wasn’t helpful. I really wish we wouldn’t have changed. The other room was bigger, cleaner, and actually gave us what we reserved with a smile. "
