Hotel was clean and comfortable. Area was calm and quiet. Staff were friendly. We had forgotten some personal belongings including AirPods. The cleaning staff did report finding them and they were kind enough to store them for ours for a few days. We were already at the airport on our way to Cusco. We really appreciate the staff doing this for us. Kudos to Denis and Cesi. Thank you!

I arrived from a long flight to the property, I do not recall her name, but the lady who checked us in was nice and fast, I mentioned that it was my 4-year-old son's bday and the following morning he received a very nice chocolate with his name saying Happy Birthday! this made his day and he loved it! so we truly appreciate this kind gesture. We also traveled with our 2 kids including a newborn baby, The front desk was kind enough to provide complimentary late checkout out so we were able to finish packing to go back home. So thank you, front desk team. We recommend this hotel, is also near restaurants, a gas station, and Larcomar. We will come back.
