"The air conditioner and the carpet both had a musty smell. We called the front desk, and they sent an engineer, who informed us that they had been experiencing issues with the air conditioning in that building. We requested to be moved to a different room, and the front desk was very accommodating and kindly arranged the transfer. The second room was better."

"I like this place. The staff were nice. Our only issue is the lack of communication about the hours of their waterpark. I book this for my toddler. Their last email 2 months ago when I book it at May 27 is their waterpark is open 6 days a week (wednesday to monday) When we got there its only 3 days (friday to sunday) and we were there during the waterpark was close. We were not updated in anyway. No emails about it. I would cancel it for sure and find a different place if I know. We got there by...
