A good hotel with all you need for a short stay. Particularly useful for our trip to see the Tour de France as it went past the front door. However it is a little out of the way if you want to be in the very centre although right next door to the Zenith centre.

Close to centre

The stay was ok … 10 minutes walk from centre. Rooms were basic but clean and ok. Most staff were very friendly and helpful with the exception of the lady on reception Saturday and Sunday, everything seemed too much trouble for her.

Would stay here again

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, good size TV. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was great, a variety of goodies to choose from. Staff were friendly and so were the guests.

Ideal spot for a couple of days in Lille (grandparents and a teenager) Room nice, spacious, good third bed. Decent shower etc. Hotel staff helpful and friendly, luggage storage etc. Nice bar, very good breakfast buffet. All round a good stay, easy to walk to the older parts of the city to explore, easy to get to restaurants.

Convenient, OK and Clean

It's a clean but basic hotel and the room we got was spacious enough for me and my son. The previous year for Series Mania, I stayed in Hôtel Barrière Lille which is a more upscale experience but I find Ibis Lille Centre Grand Palais more convenient. As a whole my son and I had a good stay but wished there could be more amenities like a fridge or a kettle.

When we arrived we attempted to speak french to staff despite not being very good at it and they spoke back to us in fluent english. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Just had an amazing stay at this hotel. Easily walkable from Eurostar station. Lovely restaurant close by 'Pancook' and across the road from the entrance to Zenith arena where we saw James Blunt concert. Main tourist/shopping area also easily walkable from hotel. Hotel was quiet, clean and our room was very big with opening balcony door onto Juliet style balcony. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was lovely. Would definitely stay again and would not hesitate to recommend.
