"Very clean room- with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! The decor was so fun! The owner was very nice. We were unable to stay for breakfast- but she was making Eggs Benedict that day. The location is great- so many shops and restaurants around and a short walk down to the beach!! She has beach supplies available for use by guests as well. We fell in love with this area, and definitely plan to come back again and stay at the Inn On The Avenue!!!"

"This place was perfect! I loved the location>beautiful garden to sit in, coffee and snacks available in lobby 24/7. Interior design was beautiful. There was not a TV in our room but we just watched Netflix on our laptop. A perfect short stay."

"Room was recently renovated and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable, and the towels were very plush. The owner was wonderful, and told us to call her anytime, if there was a problem. The property was centrally located , close to shopping and restaurants. A short drive to the beach. Definitely will stay here again."

"Was placed at this one after being told where I booked was FULL. Nice place but we wanted to be on the beach and this one is like 20 min away. On the PLUS side..the next day it was raining and they have a indoor pool and hit tub so my kids still got to play in water. "
