The hotel is in an excellent location at Place du Grand Sablon—quiet and peaceful, yet within easy walking distance of many of Brussels’ main attractions, restaurants, shops, and museums.
The room and bathroom were beautifully designed, stylish, and highly functional. The king-size bed was exceptionally comfortable, and when I requested extra-soft pillows, the staff happily accommodated my request. The shower was fantastic, with excellent water pressure and multiple showerhead options.
The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious, high-quality choices to suit every taste. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help, making us feel valued throughout our stay.
We had an amazing stay and would absolutely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!"
