"I was only staying one night in the area and when I found this property, I was very happy. The staff was very friendly and helpful, Luciana and John at the bar in particular, and the outside areas were lovely. Great Breakfast and lunch there and a lovely setting. Luciana organized an amazing massage in the spa. I had a single room and it was a bit small but loved the outside balcony. I hope to see them again in the future! Grazie Europa! "

"The hotel is a 3 star but definitely knocking on the door of a 4 star. The staff are fantastic. 2 ladies at the reception were lovely with excellent English. the pool staff were lovely also. Our room was a little small for 4 people. 2 adults and 2 kids aged 16 and 11. The rooms are all refurbished and the air-con was good. it is located in a lovely part of Lido di Camaiore. Just a tip for you. We were going to get a Taxi from the hotel to Pisa airport. He wanted €80. We said no and got a bus...

"Lots of ants running everywhere and biting you. Old hair drier not for long hair. No any balcony - does not suit for beach holidays as there is no any place to dry swimming suits and towels. Breakfasts looked good and staff was pleasant though. "
