"There is no front desk/reception. This wasn't a problem, but you'll need to call or WhatsApp in advance to get the key code for your room entry. No big deal. Good location, good sized room, strong air conditioning. Very little soundproofing between rooms, so you'll be reliant on the other guests being polite and respectful. Low water pressure. Overall not perfect but fine for the price!"

"This hotel advertises itself as a 5-star resort, but it felt more like a 3-star experience at luxury prices. The beach was full of sargassum the entire stay and was never properly cleaned, making it unpleasant to enjoy the ocean. In the room, basic amenities like bathroom hooks were missing, and despite multiple requests, nothing was fixed. Staff were polite but rarely followed through on promises. We also requested morning cleaning due to a family member’s disability and need for afternoon rest, but this was ignored every day. The most concerning issue was the Italian restaurant, where several family members became sick after eating. On a positive note, the buffet and restaurant staff were friendly and hardworking. Overall, the hotel suffers from poor management, lack of accountability, and inconsistent service."
