"Staying there was like being in a dorm room with a nice bathroom. Mostly bed, no closets or any place to unpack your suitcase. I hated the pillows and should remember to bring one with me. Fortunately it was very quiet, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was ok, I am good with yogurt and oatmeal so did not expect or want more.
It was clean and loved the colors and contemporary decor in the entrance/breakfast area. Also appreciated outside seating but the weather was not so agreeable, had...

"Not the nicest Hyatt I've stayed in. The room was clean, but the toilet intermittently ran or would not flush and the room door did not auto close. You really had to intentionally pull it. Not very safe if you are traveling alone. Didn't mention either to the staff. They were either not available, or seemed generally uninterested in completing their jobs. A simple smile and good morning is always a great way to start the day."

"Lady at check in charged my debit card and my credit card twice. They tried to hide this information but I knew and Amy stated she was going to provide me with a discount but she never did. All Amy did was refund my credit card but still charged me full price for my stay on the debit card. Amy was supposed to get me another room that was quieter but she never did and then told her colleagues and wrote it down in her log book which we saw and read to not change our room. We didn’t get sleep for...
