We had a perfect stay at this Place, the localisation Is Easy and close to everything ( Bellano, Varenna, Bellagio), the owner was so helpful and kind they make the stay more good and they give us good recommendations. We also had a small problem with our car and they help us. I recommend you this place without hesitation. Everything was perfect."

"This property is truly lovely. The rooms are spacious, large and fresh. Our room I thought when I saw the picture with the bunk beds will be simple but it was elegant. The property lies slightly out of town behind a nice electronic gate that opens up into a nice driveway and garden with a pool and an amazing view of a rock faced mountain. "La habitación nuestra se notaba que estaba arreglado hace poco .Baño a nuevo, ducha perfecta, pero increíblemente les faltan porta jabon , algún toallero , repisas en la ducha para el shampoo y crema de enjuague . Está precioso pero parece que se olvidaron de los detalles. Muy a tener en cuenta si van con valijas pedir una habitación baja porque no hay ascensor. Lugar muy tranquilo y agradable, carretera sinuosa pero con vistas espectaculares. Buen punto para ir a Menaggio y ahí tomar el ferry...

"Street parking was better than covered parking offered. Mattress and bedding needed replacing with new. Room and bathroom were clean. No one was at the property to greet us. However, they communicated by email promptly. Fabiola, our host, was delightful. Her breakfast was wonderful."

"We were warmly received by Donatella and her daughter, Francesca. Donatella was very gracious and created marvelous treats for breakfast. Her homemade apple strudel was the best I’ve ever had. Francesca was amazing and helped us coordinate ferry schedules, dinner reservations, and activities. The setting is gorgeous and idyllic. Truly a unique and fabulous stay."

"Fantastically beautiful property and rooms. The private beach is a unique and very relaxing area. The breakfast is phenomenal and the staff is incredibly kind, helpful and sincere. A ten min walk into town center, with no problem. Bellano is much more relaxed and less touristy than Bellagio and Varenna, so you can really relax and just enjoy Italy’s finest. The staff at the hotel helped me call and make reservations at restaurants. You don’t have to have reservations in Bellano but it helps if...

"Brand new B&B in a small mountain town. Excellent facility - extremely clean and organized. Check-in was a breeze. Outside deck area for breakfast in the morning was perfect. A brother and sister own the place together and they are very accommodating and helpful. The town is very small (the road directly in front of the B&B is two way, but really only fits one car at a time so it is a bit of a challenge) but is well located to visit Lake Como or Lugano close by,"
