"Clean room"

"The beds were comfortable, and the linens and towels were clean. The breakfast was also delicious. However, the rooms were extremely outdated, with worn and damaged furniture, torn wallpaper, and visible stains throughout. Bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned! It was very disappointing to see such poor room conditions from an otherwise reputable brand, as the overall appearance was quite unappealing."

"The continental breakfast was almost no existent. The juice machine and waffle maker were out of service. There was a sign on the case that contained bagels and bread items that said Limit One and since the was only one person I saw in the breakfast area during my stay, I question how fresh the bread items are. There were no hangers in the room to hang clothes (shirts for example). The hotel only has one ironing board and the front desk also had to provide me with the iron. Interestingly my “non-smoking” room had an ashtray on the dresser. Also, the safety bar in the shower was loose and would be useless in event of someone needing it. Gaps around the door allowed some bugs to get in."

"I have stayed here once before and enjoyed it the first time we stayed here but this second time was a different experience. Our room smelled horrible, very very musty and there was a constant high pitch noise. It also must’ve been next to a maintenance closet because early in the morning loud bangs and a door slamming shut(many many times) went on for hours. The food was nowhere near as good this time as last time, the staff wasn’t as nice, the pool looked like it had a filmy layer in it, and our room wasn’t very clean. I wouldn’t try staying here again unfortunately."
