"Everything was bs when I got there, no rooms able like seriously. And a whole pile of mattresses was in the front, dirty. And the pictures are not up to date. All lies. Pool was closed for a while. "

"The staff was friendly and responsive. They went above and beyond with fresh towels, extra pillow, even making the bed daily, which we weren’t expecting. The only weak point was the breakfast, which didn’t provide enough options for our taste, such as oatmeal or raisin bran. No fat-free milk or yogurt. The baked items could have been a bit fresher. But we can’t knock them too much for that when they did everything else right! The bed was comfortable and everything in the room worked great. Even the layout of the room lent itself to a more comfortable stay than some of the other upscale hotels we’ve stayed at. "
