The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. The 5:30-7 pm events on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday was delicious and I met so many people from all over the United States. The lady who was the host was so sweet and a pleasure to talk too. Tonya deserves big Kudos for helping me at check in. The young gentleman who wears a sweater and went out of his way to make my stay enjoyable. I love Staybridges Hotels. Thank you all.

From check-in to check-out, everything was truly professional. We loved the thoughtful touches in the room, like the little paper towels, bow ties, and fans—so cute! The room was spotless, and the staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, and we enjoyed the social activities, like the cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone needing lodging in Lexington.
