We arrived late after being on the road traveling all day. Leanne (sorry if I misspelled) was on duty at the desk was a true vision southern hospitality. She was kind and very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for our room. The Hampton Inn's we have stayed at in the past have always been great and this Hampton was no different. The price of the suites are overpriced. We had terrible drainage in bathroom. With problems with sink, toilet and bathtub. When I informed the staff her snide comment was “well no one else has ever had a problem with it and the suite has been booked for the whole month”. Whatever happened to communication? If one doesn’t discuss a problem, however will it get fixed? Also, you will also want to bring your own pillows. I could combine all four and not one. Unfortunately we will not be back.
