Unfortunately, our experience at this location was disappointing. As soon as we entered the room, there was a strong odor—like old urine masked with air freshener—which became even more noticeable when we sat on the first bed. The fitted sheet was torn, exposing a stained and visibly dirty mattress. Both mattresses sagged significantly in the center, giving the impression that they were well past their prime. When we raised our concerns, we were told the beds were only a year old, which made the condition even more surprising.
In addition, the toilet seat was broken—the bolt was loose, causing the seat to shift dangerously when used. To his credit, the front desk attendant did come to fix it promptly. However, the overall condition of the room made it impossible for us to stay. We ended up leaving within an hour of checking in.
On a positive note, the staff was understanding and helped us with the cancellation. Still, based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again.
