"I ended up staying 4 nights as it was very affordable, but at no time did they clean the room, the bin was over flowing and no one checked the room to maintain it throughout my stay. I have stayed in other motels before and the room had been maintained. The room was on the old side, but, the bathroom was equiped well enough."

"We loved our short stay at the Rivulet and our room was spacious, well appointed and with a luxurious extra wide bed. We were aware of a shower running in another room but overall we had a very comfortable stay. The grounds and the amenities and on-site parking were also much appreciated. Very well located on Sandy Bay Road with a bus stop almost at the door. Robert and Kathy both helped us have an enjoyable break in Hobart. Definitely recommend, we will certainly be back. "Room was clean and comfortable. The USB ports did not work so I had to charge my devices in the common area. The pod door is loud and the pods are not soundproof, so people's movements can be heard constantly throughout the night. My pod (No. 10) was a lower one in the corner and it was quite difficult to enter and exit in between the wall and the upper pod ladder. It would be nice if the pod had a compartment to keep glasses/phone/anything fragile "
