"I was very pleasantly surprised! Even though we arrived fairly late in the evening, the man at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and really great! The value for money here is outstanding. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was clean, plenty of towels, and no mold anywhere. The selection of TV channels was perfect! From local channels to sports and movies. Breakfast was continental, but perfectly sufficient and fresh. The coffee was excellent and hot. There’s nothing to fault about this hotel. Perhaps the only issue is the “noise” from the air conditioning in both Room 212 and Room 318. However, this is likely a common “pain point” for all such accommodations. So I rate it as perfect."

"I stayed three nights and found the room and motel good value. It is an older building and does not have good ventilation built in, so humidity is an issue: no exhaust vent in the bathroom is the main issue. Being the low-cost motel for the area, and having much construction in the area, most of the clientele rose quite early and consumed some of the item prepared for the breakfast, but there was always plenty of substitutes available. There was adequate, well lighted parking. The staff was pleasant, and I found my room clean each day."

"Rooms were clean. Staff difficult to understand at times. Hallways a little warm- but had fans running. Worse part was staying on 2nd floor- taking luggage up & down steps because there was no elevator."
