"It’s a magical hotel to stay at during the winter holidays. The decorations are dreamy. Our room view on the 18th floor was stunning. The customer service was excellent. Our 3 years old enjoyed the treasure hunt throughout the castle. We were just very disappointed with the Holiday Brunch, for the same price or less we’ve had much more lavish brunches at the Renoir at Sofitel Montreal and at the Casino of Montreal. Overall it was a great family experience. "

"Room was in perfect location, we took a junior suite and loved it, especially the heated floors in the bathroom. The staff were very nice, they made our stay perfect"

"The truth is, we really liked the hotel. The facilities are new and clean, and the staff is very friendly. The only thing is, people traveling with pets should know that they'll be placed on the second floor because pets can't use the elevator, so only the stairs. They also can't be left alone in the room, and the cost is about $35 per night."

"We got the best, biggest suite on the 6th floor with a city view. It was super handy to walk everywhere, like 3-10 minutes tops, from the Alle' to the lower city. The staff were nice, and the whole hotel was spotless. The kids loved the pool, and having a bar and restaurant right there was awesome. We'd totally book again!"
