"The hotel and staff were excellent. Our room felt truly 5-star, and the breakfast selection was very good. The only issue we encountered involved a local taxi. There are two hotels in Istanbul named Renaissance, located on opposite sides of the city. Be careful — make sure they take you to the correct one so you don’t end up going for an unexpected ride. 🚕"

"had paid for two higher-end rooms based on the photos and descriptions, but what we received was one twin room and one queen room, neither matched the sizes or standards I had reserved. "The property was clean and well in the center. I had a good time at the hotel and the staff were very helpful. Enes at the reception was exceptionally good and we also kept our luggage there while we explored the area.
