"I had a comfortable stay at the Best Western Premier CHC Airport. The property itself was excellent – very clean, well-maintained, and with great facilities. The location was convenient, quiet, and offered easy parking, which I really appreciated.
That said, the biggest downside was the staff and service. Unfortunately, the staff were not very friendly or welcoming, which took away from what could have been an excellent overall experience. A warmer, more attentive approach from the team would...
"Stayed here to visit cinque Terre as well as boat around the sea. The Poet is a quick walk to the train station and also close to some great restaurants and areas to walk/shop. Hotel is clean and staff were very kind. Rooms are climate controlled and wash refreshing to walk into a cool room at the end of the day. Loved the balcony from the room. Just know that breakfast isn’t included. "

"What a beautiful place to stay, seeped in history, right in the heart of the old town. We had a fantastic time with friendly staff, a clean, comfortable, air conditioned room. Some of the smaller ally streets can feel a little unsafe but if you stick to the main ones it was great :)"
