Good location comfortable and nice people
I came Brussels for seafood show and location considering price was excellent.only 3 min till train station people were very nice room completely comfortable and very good breakfast

Just a perfect stay
Great location close to the station, supermarket and restaurants. The room is clean, spacious and quiet. Delicious breakfast to start the day. The thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the host who is friendly and approachable which makes me feel so welcome. I will be recommending you to any of my friends who are travelling to Leuven.

Home Away From Home
Once again a lovely stay! The hostess fully lives up to the intent of the word. Her warmth and friendliness give this lovely jewel the feel of a "home away from home" and I am very much looking forward to visiting again in 2019.

Lovely stay
Staying at Daya feels like staying with family. The host is lovely and she makes you feel absolutely at home, offering free breakfast and even to do your laundry if you need too. I was on the 4th floor which was a big room with a sofa, TV, double bed, wardrobe and desk. The only negative was that I couldn't pull down the blinds in the window, only a small skylight window so not a big deal for me but could be annoying for light sleepers. The room was very clean, the wifi worked very well and there was plenty of shampoo and shower gel etc in the bathroom.

Familial Touch
What a lovely experience. The hospitality and human/familial touch were apparent every step of the way. I'm so glad that there are still alternatives like this to the generic experiences at the major chains. And...yes...I've already booked another stay!

Schönes B&B mit guter Betreuung
Das B&B befindet sich 5 Fussminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben ein Getränk erhalten. Das Zimmer Nr. 3 war gross mit einem riesigen Bett. Das gute Morgenessen haben wir in der offenen Küche eingenommen. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Uniek was de super gastvrije en boeiende gastvrouw die haar gasten verwend. Heerlujk ontbijt en ook het diner was verassend en lekker met pure ingrediënten.

Kamer was klein en badkamer was niet op de kamer , maar alles was proper en net . Prima gastvrouw die de nodige informatie geeft ivm parkeren enz . Goede ervaring in het algemeen , alleen ontbijt was heel sober , geen vlees alleen kaas , eieren , confituur , chocopasta (2) , fruityouchurt (lekker !!)

4 noites. Economy Double Room, 1 Queen Bed. Localização apenas a 3 minutos a pé da estação de Leuven. Apartamento inteiramente renovado, hospitalidade top, pequeno-almoço muito bom. Quarto amplo e limpo, com uma casa de banho de serviço. O único ponto negativo foi o facto de a casa de banho principal ficar fora do quarto (mas penso que apenas acontece no economy room e estava na descrição do quarto). Preço-qualidade da reserva adequado. Recomendado.

Freundlich, Sauber und Zentral.
B&B aber mit Herz! Leider hat die gegebene Telefonnummer nicht funktioniert ....sonst hatten wir Zugang obwohl Niemand Zuhause war. Zu Fuß ist Leuven einfach zu erreichen....15 Minuten oder so...und Bahnhof in nur 5 Minuten. Das Haus ist alt aber drinnen ist es sehr modern. Treppen sind eng und viele davon! Parking: teuer in die Strasse aber kostenlos Sonntags & nach 19:00. 200m entefernt befindet sich den Bahnhofparkhaus. Frühstück hervorragend.

Fantastische B&B. Enkele collega's verbleven in hotels in de buurt. Maar hun kamers konden niet tippen aan de kamer in deze B&B! Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaresse, mooie/nette/ruime kamer, mega badkamer en alles nieuw, fris en tot in de details netjes.'s Morgens een heerlijk ontbijt, uiteraard iets minder uitgebreid dan in de meeste hotels maar zeker voldoende. Complimenten en ik kom hier zeker weer.

The best B&B I have ever visited!
Very nice Bed and breakfast, run by a very nice lady who gives you superb service. I arrived at 2230h but called earlier to tell I was delayed, when I finally arrived I got dinner and a beer. My room was the smallest one with a own bathroom in the hall (but all other rooms have bathrooms in the room.) Not too small. Very clean and tidy. Tasty breakfast with fresh pressed orange juice and fried egg. And cheese and ham and ... Served at the time that suits you! Free soft drink in the frigde, nice working wi-fi. It's only a couple of minutes walk from Leuven Station. I love to come back when I visit Leuven again.
