Cons: Hotel is dated. It needs a whole facelift and modern curtains and bedding colors. It was all burgundy red!! :( And the all inclusive is not all it should be. There were restrictions at the pool bar, which makes it inconvenient. The Spa was always closed. It opened by appointments only. So that limited our options. No shuttle availability. Pros: Room, bedding and bathroom were clean. Stunning views!! And close to town. This hotel has so much potential. The best part was the staff!!!! From the reception area, to the restaurant and housekeeping. They were all very nice and helpful. Thanks to them our stay was pleasant. :)

Booking excellent especially Rita [M...], Reception excellent especially Daniella. Restaurant excellent especially Nuncio [C...] both in the Pool Restaurant as well as in the main Restaurant. Disappointed with reception on Sunday pm, who didn't know where I could get emergency medicine - In Letojanni there is a pharmacy with an emergency number which I found out for myself - Management very courteous and efficient especially the gentleman who was always there, unfortunately did not get his name. Rooms very well kept with very efficient housekeepers. We book Belleair from England. Will be very happy to recommend this hotel to anybody as well as to return ourselves for another stay
