It says 3pm check in. Was told we can’t check in till 4. They didn’t have the room ready till 4:30! They offered me a water and the couple behind me but not my 13 year old daughter?!? She had to ask for some. I then asked for a late checkout and was told No. which is funny seeing as I couldn’t check in on time. I will not stay here again seeing as I stayed across the road last week at the best western and was given an early check in as well as a late check out. Very unimpressed and won’t stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room we stayed in was clean and roomy. Breakfast downstairs was handy. The Brick Stone Restaurant was right next door and Tim Hortons a couple of blocks away.

No USB ports in our room was a surprise given the rooms look relatively modern. Ability to log in to personal YouTube/Netflix on room TV was great! Also nice touch having microwave. Continental breakfast is good but typical of what to expect - waffles, eggs, sausage (no bacon), cereal, baked goods, juice/coffee. It snowed and by the morning (8 a.m.) basic lanes/walkways were not cleared, hopefully that’s not the norm here. Otherwise can’t complain. Pool/hot tub were simple and there’s a basic workout room with machines and weights. Would stay again!

It truly bring us joy to know that we succeeded in exceeding your expectations. Regarding the absence of USB ports in your room, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. Your feedback will help us understand what we can do more to improve our service and amenities for future updates. We are happy that you enjoyed our hot breakfast and found them to be in line of your expectations. Also, thank you for your good note on our pool/hot tub area and fitness center to be suitable for your needs. With regards to the snow removal issue, we do have a company that comes and clears our main lanes, walkways, entrance. Due to the heavy snowfall they were little delayed in coming to our property that day but were able to come that morning still. Room was spacious and very quiet. Everything was clean, except for the inside of the shower curtain. It needed to be changed or scrubbed down with a strong solution to get rid of the grime. Staff was friendly and provided a helpful recommendation to eat supper at the nearby Casino, which was very good! We will stay here again.

Good overnight stay in Lethbridge .
Hotel is new, clean and comfortable. You can hear the train which is close by but was not a big deal. Within walking distance of the casino if that is of interest. Easy to access off of Hwy 3. Nice selection of breakfast foods. Clean and replenished often . Hot tub was out of order but, it happens . Good overnight stay. Have stayed before and would recommend it to others

We booked online. Checked in. Checked the bed and found bed bugs. Went immediately to the front desk. They refused to refund our money.

Please note that we take these matters very seriously. Upon full inspection of the room (which you had already stripped the bed before we entered), we were unable to find any evidence of what you are claiming in your review but rather found that it was a LINT-PARTICLE that may have got on there when you stripped the entire bed.By the time our associate was about to provide you with an update and offer to move you to a different room for the inconvenience you may have experienced, you had already left the property. Furthermore, our maintenance team was called in later that same evening to perform their inspection and likewise, found no evidence (we even told you this over the phone).We are unable to accept (and do not appreciate) the groundless accusations that you are claiming here as this goes against our values and services that we strive for. Needed a last minute place for the night and were very pleased with Fairfield! Rooms were very clean and modern, staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was terrible, undercooked sausage rounds, porridge tasteless glue, limited options
