Can't say much for this hotel. It is a Motel for sure first off. but I would try stay other places, but this one available on expedia. Walking distance to lots of places to eat which is nice. Lots of parking (I am sure I was the only guest staying there).
Staying for work in the area. Room was clean, room had its own furnace, it was a bit noisy but no more then a normal furnace, the bed was good but mattress was a bit too firm for my liking, tv had lots of channels to choose from. Everything was in good working order.

It was an older motel, reasonably priced, clean and I was comfortable and felt safe. During my two night stay, I was only there for the nights and convenience. Very close to fast food ...McDonalds, Tim's, DQ.

Too small and microwave is not working . Coffee machine outdated. Thu employee is so sweet and friendly. We got charged for the door knob on the other door because we were using the microwave on that door.
Three nights at the Bethel, excellent desk staff. she was pleasant and affable even with my late arrival. An older hotel with renovations to the rooms that meant a peaceful sleep in a comfy bed with fresh white linens. A small kitchenette was enough to have breakfast and coffee in room ... with lots of parking out front and an easy walk to a grocery store and restaurants. This is a place I will visit again!!
Room extremely dated, A/C not cool enough , property poorly maintained, have stayed at other hotels in Fort Macleod in much better condition. Comfortable bed

In over 40yrs sleeping in hotels on business, the king size bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in EVER🌹
The room was very large and well appointed. Reception staff was available and helpful. Quiet neighborhood near main roads for easy exit from the town. Waterton park is a leisurely 'flat' 5hr bike ride....winds were acceptable. Very pretty landscape in/around the town. Grocery market fuel and carreras are nearby with abundant fast food options. Historic downtown with shops and pubs are a short 5min walk.
Modernized with new beds and bedding but other wise an old motel lacking much.- dirty vents in furnace and air conditioner, no coffee, no bath mat, just a few odd dishes, etc.
The lady that checked me in was quite pleasant, kind and professional. She was the best part of my stay. And the only reason I decided not to check out right after checking in. The room itself left little to be desired. Way overpriced for the lack of comfort. The bed was bouncy and old. The windows were gross. I expected my room to look like the pictures on hotel.com website and it was not as pictured. The table and chair, both, had an unstable sway to them. And worst of all, the coffee pot was broken. Or maybe worst of all was the electrical outlets kept tripping. Either way, 3 stars is pushing it. I’m not a fancy person. I have expectations and this place did not meet them.

To be be honest, we were speechless, the property is beyond acceptable. If we wouldn’t have arrived in the dark, with no other immediate option we would not have stayed. The front step was a delapated worn out wood platform which was difficult to step onto. On arrival there was something scurrying about and I guarantee you it was not domestic! On a positive note the bed was clean, no bugs! This property should not be promoted by Expedia

There seem to be plenty of hotels in this area of Fort MacLeod and all seem to be of 1950s vintage. Maintenance is lacking, likely because occupancy is not great given the number of competitors. The bathroom door didn't close, the front door has no inside pull (just the deadbolt), an electrical plug for the air conditioner is hanging loose, the temperature control knob on the AC unit just spins around, etc.) Staff are friendly and the unit is relatively clean. However, as the "premium" unit, it is not worth the extra price. We have found better value at a similar vintage motel in Pincher Creek.
