"Room was clean and enough room for my wife and I and our two girls (6 and 10). Pullout bed was plenty comfortable. Room was a little warm, as the mini split wall unit didn’t seem strong enough to cool the room adequately, but there were two strong ceiling fans. Kids enjoyed the shallower pools. Bartenders were great. Pool bar service can be a little slow because there was only one bartender at a time when we were there, but great 2 for 1 drink specials daily at happy hour and friendly...

"Maria’s by the Sea was a very nice. I had the ocean side view room which was very tranquil. The breakfast was not included but they gave you a nice selection at the restaurant. The staff at the restaurant as well as the front desk were always friendly and helpful. It was a very nice stay."

"The only thing that was ok is the location. The room was moldy. There was mold in the air conditioner and in the bathroom and shower which is disgusting. The room was not clean and there were even hairs in the shower ! The hotel is unstaffed the only person that we saw was a man who was not helpful at all, he did not even say hello and they are not there after 5 pm. When I finally got an answer to be changed room they just said that unfortunately there are not any other rooms for 4 and they did...

"The rooms were clean, but beds were too hard. We would’ve appreciated small waters in the room daily. Especially one night everything was closed and we had nowhere to get water, and we tried to get help from a woman at from desk at night, and there was nothing she would do to help. She didn’t even try to help us. I take medicine at night that requires water. I ended up drinking at the sink. I’m we also would lose poise in the room every morning. "The building is old and shows wear and tear. There were exposed/painted over electrical wires. Chalking was chipping missing in the bathroom. The towels were clean, but rough and dingy. The staff was nice, but in slow motion. On the up side, the location was perfect!"
