"Clean room, good bar, nice staff"

"Thankfully the room was clean and mostly comfortable. We were on the first floor near an exit so we had to listen to a lot of door slamming. It would have been enough to keep me awake if I was a light sleeper. I was taken aback that the property charges a parking fee. I’ve never paid parking for a hotel unless the parking was in a garage. This seems like greed. There was only one person working the bar/cafe/dining area. "

"The customer service at this property was phenomenal. Lavonda was great. Enjoyed the room, enjoyed the food and drinks, and just the overall pleasantness of the staff. Went out of their way to make sure our visit was a good one. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but will next time! Will definitely return."

"Very nice to have, decent breakfast, very clean, especially rooms. They seem brand new. The only common I am is that there is two elevators and only one seem to be going up and down. We were the sixth explorer and we had to call the desk to get them to push the button so that would elevate would come up and guess the elevator would always say going up even though we were already at the top floor, which was six. But small potatoes it was nice. Will likely stay there again if we happen to be going...

"This property had a lot of truckers between this property and the one hotel Next to this one, as well as other people which surprised me because I checked in really late. Although the room is very spacious,(2 queen beds) the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly as hair was on the shower door and the floor by the toilet!was dirty. There were so many people standing around the side of the building smoking and the inside of the hotel smelled like weed and cigarettes which isn’t something I want to...

"To our surprise, the minute we walked into the hotel lobby and the room No. 518, the room was not the level of cleanliness, with the bathroom floor grout showing mold lines. The furniture is scratched and outdated, the room needs remodeling, and it should be rated 1 or 2 stars. The worst is that the staff are poorly trained and like to argue with guests. I hope the health department will visit and check room 518, as well as all other rooms. This Comfort Inn location definitely does not meet...
