"My room had a wonderful sea view and balcony, which made it delightful. Of course the hotel is conveniently located straight across from the beach so it's easy to take a daily stroll on the sand. I booked a massage while I was at the hotel and that was very relaxing. I strongly recommend it! The breakfast is very mediocre, sadly. It would be asy to elevate this by including fresh-baked bread and some other locally made specialties, which must surely be available. My poached eggs on toast were...

"Had a lovely 5 night stay. Nice room, very clean. Helpful staff, everyone was very friendly and nice. There are major works going on to the outside at the quay side of the hotel(March 2026), made absolutely no difference as it was too cold to sit out anyway. "Wonderful stay. We had a balcony apartment facing the marina, it was very quiet, would never have known it was above a bus station - which was very handy for getting around the island. Since it had a fully equipped kitchen, we spent a lot less on food. Apartment was huge, a real home from home and flooded with light. Highly recommended"

"Absolutely brilliant stay at SACO apartments and it won’t be the last. The apartment was perfect for what we needed as a base to visit my sister and her family for a family party. Everything was provided and the location was absolutely spot on! Just walking distance to the harbour and the shops and public transport to the rest of the island. "Rooms are clean.... and warm. The heated pool is lovely. Mainly older guests stay. Perfect location for walking into st helier (10- 15 mins). Staff couldnt do enough for you. Food was good, a different selection every night. A nice bar with at least the basics of each type of drink. "

"Hotel is in a great position in St Helier, check in was easy, the room was good however it was extremely hot, even with the window open as there was heat but no air con. Facilities were good, but in the Spa area the hot tub was not working nor the heated beds. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. The only other problem was the room was not serviced, we were out until 2 pm then again for an hour from 3 but no sign of it being serviced."

"This place was head and shoulders above the Premier Inns in the UK. I use the chain for work fairly frequently and for pleasure occasionally so I have a good idea what to expect, most are OK, a few are better and a few are poor.
