"Upon initial arrival, our room that was assigned to us was not what we originally purchased. After speaking with the staff, they quickly remedied the situation and gave us free breakfast vouchers for the wonderful restaurant located within the hotel. Staff was very kind, amenities were clean, and the area around the hotel was very nice. Will be staying again "

"Die Zimmer waren selbst für New Yorker Verhältnisse sehr klein. Wenn man zu zweit dort ein Zimmer teilt sollte man upgraden. Ansonsten eine Super Location."

"A great location, only a short block from the Red 1 Line (downtown and uptown). Recently renovated, the rooms are slightly bigger than most central NY hotels. Staff were very friendly and helpful- umbrellas handed out on a rainy day. It has a bar (good cocktails), but no restaurant. Breakfast is a $10 per person voucher for the bakery and coffee shop in the hotel (although not owned by them).
