Great location in the historic center of town. It close to the plaza, bus station, bars and restaurants. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay.

HAY CALIDEZ en el trato personal de la recepción, sin embargo la habitación no contaba con la cobija que decía la pagina, tampoco tenía el receptáculo del jabón en la bañera, y lo más importante agua caliente ( y no es porque me bañe con agua caliente), sino porque después de una buena empapada, se requiere de un buen baño con agua caliente.

Muy lindo hotel con la facilidad de hospedarte con tu mascota, muy tranquilo y silencioso por las noches, habia varias mascotas hospedadas pero solo nos dimos cuenta por la mañana al verlas. me gusto mucho la decoracion pero sobre todo la amabilidad de las personas de recepcion, siempre muy atentas y corteses en su trato, la verdad tuve una muy buena experiencia, regresare todas las veces que pueda¡¡¡

Excelente lugar y servicio

Muy buen lugar para quedarse en León, en esta ocasión alcance una habitación con una cama, pasear y comprar en el centro de la ciudad fue muy agil por la cercania el personal muy amable para resolver las situaciones que se presentan, como un cambio de pilas o poner agua para beber.

Very good central location. Management was very professional and helpful. The only problem I came across was that the floors were dirty. They really need to scrub the floors. That would make this a good place to stay.

Desde las 6 se escuchan platicas de la recepción y no duermes se va Internet no hay ventilación se acaba el agua caliente no hay área de fumar y las sábanas estaban sucias
