"Did not use laundry. Just beginning to learn about Hickory after recent house purchase. Rooms were very clean. Only complaint was the lack of hot water for a shower. All other amenities were intact. Staff was pleasant and there was actually hot breakfast at 8 AM. Kitchen staff was very attentive. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. "
