"Beds were hard. My husband and I backs hurt from the bed, making it hard to sleep. Wish we would have known about construction sooner so we could have had time to cancel our reservations. It was waking us up at 6:00 in the morning since our room was on the side where the construction was. Couldn’t get in our room when returning at 10:20 at night and had to walk to the opposite tower where the main desk was and then wait for them to send an engineer to replace the battery in the door."

"The outside of hotel looks Pretty rough lots cigarettes butts everywhere and needs a paint job. The room was clean but they do not have housekeeping "

"I didn’t like that there was construction going on, on the property itself. But that being said, the completed part of the property was really nice. I visited during the early spring so the pool was closed. But it looked really nice. No chairs to sit around it though. Now, for the bad news! I’ll say this the staff was polite and all but, the first room they gave me already had someone in it. Luckily, they weren’t in the room at the time cause that would’ve been a situation I wouldn’t know how to settle down!!!"
