"Wonderful property! Check-in was a breeze and person-less (you don't have to stop at the office). Very clean and the grounds are well taken care of. Quiet even with kids in the pool. Bed was comfy. The TV volume wouldn't go up very loud so we just used closed captioning. I'd definitely stay here again."

"My two daughters and I normally stay in 5 star hotels when vacationing. This trip was a last minute getaway to Wisconsin Dells. I looked at different hotels in the area, but most of them were booked and/or slightly higher in cost for the dates we needed. Then I started looking at motels. There were many to choose from, but again we normally don't stay at motels. So, I am looking at all the reviews and one particular motel kept coming up with 4.8 to 5 star reviews. It was the Black Hawk Motel....

"We've stayed here before and have been pleased with room and hotel. This time however, our room (and the pool) did not meet expectations: Room 129 is billed as handicap accessible but the bathroom was not. The bathtub was not walk or roll-in and there were no grab bars. Shower head was hand-held but stream was hard to adjust. Tub fixtures were not secured to wall properly. "Jetted tub in the room was nice and worked great. Very convenient location to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Property could use some updates and maintenance. Breakfast had a few decent options like cereal, eggs, sausage, hash browns no bacon though😔. Overall was a decent stay."

"The staff was very helpful and suggest the best room that fit well with family. Bed and pillow was comfortable. Very quiet to sleep in. The 2 bed seperate from the 1 big bed was great not just that having individual ac unit too. I will totally come back reserve for the same room. I am a happy customer and thank you to the agent that work at the front desk who help suggest and pick this room for us. God bless you!"
