"The bathroom was not very clean, there was hair in the shower that was not mine. I was also very disappointed that the tour I booked was cancelled only an hour before it was supposed to start. I had no idea it could be cancelled. I had no time to book another tour and my entire day was turned upside down."

"Staff was terriffic, room was clean, property was great - only reasons for 4 vs. 5 stars: There was still a good deal of construction and noise happening, because of the earthquake recovery efforts. (Some drilling/grinding upstairs from my room, and chiseling and hammering for installation of new pavers by the pool) but to be expected given the situation when only 17 of 100+ rooms are in operation! Also, the front approach/sign could have used a bit of cleaning/pressure washing and the breakfast...
