"No frill hotel but clean and the bed was comfortable. Right off the highway and close drive to many of the caves in the area. Walking distance to restaurants and an ice cream/coffee shop. Good price for the stay."

"Staff was very friendly and welcoming when we interacted at the front desk and when passing staff in the hallways. Our room however was not cleaned throughly upon on arrival. The floors in the bathroom and entryway were sticky and the carpet was damp throughout the room. The carpet was so dirty that our socks became black after walking around the room for an hour. So much so, that we had to throw them all away. There were also several food stains on the chair in the room and the fridge was still full of old food from the previous guest. The window curtain had several brown stains and the outer most blankets on both beds had stain spots as well (threw those on the floor before sleeping). We checked in on a thursday evening then stayed 1 full and were only in the room for a few hours, mid-day and to sleep at night. When checking out saturday morning I mentioned the cleanliness issues with front desk. The staff member apologized about the conditions of the room and said they would let the custodians know so they could get it cleaned properly. I mentioned that the floor was so wet and dirty, the only reason I didn't ask for a new room was due to the minimal amount of time we would actually be spending in the room other than sleeping. Again, staff responded by saying they would make sure the room was cleaned after we left. Lastly, the pool had a lot of loose hair floating around and there was dirt or sand accumulating in the corners. "

"The room was nice and the staff was amazing, but pass on the "historic cottages" as they are a bit rough. The rangers who conducted the tours are well versed and quite knowledgeable about the caves and the park. "

"Good parking. Good price. Outdated. Dead bugs. Breakfast was a hostess Danish and the person at the front desk was incredibly rude. Wouldn't get off the phone to check us in, and refused to follow ADA laws for service animals. "

"Everything was really nice. Breakfast was great. trains every two hours next to our front room was not something we were prepared for. We realize there is nothing the hotel can do about it"
