"Rooms- the rooms were very specious and well kept. Very high tech i.e. scanning key before selecting floor. Easy to request for room service and 'do not disturb' Easy control of the heating. Breakfast- excellent spread of food and choice. The best breakfast I have had for a long while. Minimum 10/10 rating. Staff- nothing to fault. "Our stay at the Novotel Hotel in Ghent, the Netherlands, 15-17 Oct 2025 was excellent. With the exception of a couple of people, overall, the hotel's staff was friendly and hospitable. The photos matched the room -- clean and roomy. The mirror in the bathroom was a foot higher above my head (5 foot 2 inches) and the lighting was not bright enough.
