"We had a fantastic, much needed relaxing break. It was our first time at Ullesthorpe Hall and we were so impressed. Our room and the hotel in general was very clean. The staff were amazing and they all seemed very happy in their jobs. We had dinner and breakfast here and the food was delicious, the best Chocolate Brownie ive ever had! Antonious Waguih ,presumably manager went out of his way to make sure the group were well catered for.
Nothing was too much for him.
He helped make the room cosier and welcoming.Staff was well co ordinated and communication between the 2 parties was brilliant.We never felt ignored.
