"The hotel was nice, and staff were friendly. The breakfast and all day coffee were wonderful, but I was disappointed the hot tub was not available. My even bigger disappointment was the error by Expedia in selling and collecting my payment for a 2 bed spacious suite. When I got to the hotel, staff told me that that room was unavailable, so they gave me a one bed studio suite, which rented for far less than what I had paid Expedia for. When I asked the hotel manager for a refund of the price difference between the suite I paid for and the one I received, she told me it was out of her hands...I would have to request the refund from Expedia. She gave me her business card and told me to call Expedia, and have them call her to recommend Expedia give me a refund if 1 night's cost. So I did that, and Expedia told me they would give me a credit to use for a future rental. That was nice, but i'm not fully satisfied. It was only half of what I thought fair for compensation for over selling me the very expensive suite. Not surprisingly, I've lost a lot of faith in Expedia. And I can only rate my stay with Staybridge as good, rather than excellent."

"For a mid-priced hotel (on par with Fairfield or a Hampton Inn), this hotel was exceptional. Very clean, very well run, very updated. Good location as well off of the highway. For the price, it’s a steal and comes close to Hilton Garden Inn or Marriott Courtyard at a much cheaper price."

"When we arrived there was trash left in our room, I guess the person who cleaned it left it behind. I called the front desk and they changed our run immediately. The new room had a broken desk, which is a problem because there wasn’t enough table top space to put things. The hotel was generally clean. The patio was rained on so the outdoor games hadn’t been wiped down. We got napkins and wiped them ourselves. The staff were accommodating and nice enough. Bar was fine, they gave us two drinks tickets upon check in. No smoking on property but it can take your drink out front on the street and there’s seating. We weren’t thrilled with the lack of seating in the room, but I get the modern design. All in all it was an ok stay."
