"A great location with the mall attached and shuttle to the airport! Clean, comfy rooms"

"The only thing that was clean was the bedsheets. We had a room with a loft where the beds were. At night a RAT(s) ran up and down inside the walls. There’s a random door nailed to the wall and the rat could easily walk right on one of the beds. When I woke up from hearing it I turned on my phone light and all you could hear was it running away. The couch was filthy and the window had so much bird poop you couldn’t even see out. Not in my wildest dreams did I think it would be that bad. "

"It was my second time and I’ll go back every time that I leave Costa Rica. It’s always so nice to stay there right before I head back home to the states. Airport shuttle… Awesome. My flight was super early, before breakfast so they made me a little box breakfast to take with me. The Bell boy was awesome. Brought our luggage in the room and explained everything to us. This is the best hotel and it is super reasonable. Beautifully manicured, very clean, super nice staff. Definitely recommend."
